Return Process

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached and original packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to Major Golf Direct

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our golf pros inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 3-5 business days.
